The breakfast was free of charge and good hot. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating people despite late reservation and arrival.

marvellous location near a metro station, accommodating staff, everything was good. this was a nice stay for a short visit, good prices.

Views appeared to be not very nice.

The double room is huge and practical.

The hotel has affable staff, a reasonably large and functional room, and a wonderful view over a park. Its very central location is just a 10-15 minute walk from Parlamentarium Museum.

The location here was great, with the Christmas market and a regular market just a short walk away, and it's only about 20 km from the airport.

The big double bed was excellent and I was very impressed that my request at time of booking for gluten free bread was met! (The first time ever!!!) Helpful, efficient staff. Good air con. Great location. Good shower.

The lighting in the room was awful, so dim it was difficult to see. There were two lamps and a bed side light each side of the bed and that was it. Bathroom lights were great though. There was no free TV, some CNN or BBC World or similar would have been good. I didn't want to pay 12 Euros to watch a film I may not have time to see the end of. Expensive, luke warm coffee.

Everything was tidy. food. - Incredibly beautiful views. - the restaurant served a great selection of meals for breakfast. - Brand-new room, with a little refrigerator, coffee, and storage space, was a nice surprise. - the location met the demands, it was exceptionally nice in a quiet area.

the only negative point is that the cleaners start to clean the hotel at 7am and if you have a light sleep as I have you can hear them hooving and working along the corridor.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very good room service. Clean rooms. The staffs at the restaurant were very helpful , so was one of the staffs at the house keeping . The location was good as well.

Its more of a business hotel.

Conveniently situated in the heart of everything, making it a great spot to start exploring. Also handy if you're hungry, 'cause there are lots of cool eateries nearby. 🍴

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a much larger room, the rooms seem spacious, solidly built and well equipped and the location of the hotel for shopping and a range of dinner options is excellent. All in all it is a good quality, understated hotel.

Charges for internet, breakfast, mini bar and parking are all extremely high.

Excellent location with a tram station just 150m away. Friendly and helpfull staff who actually upgraded our room with no additional cost. Highly recommended.
